PLTC 09 Outstanding Matters

Dear Scouts,

Below are some outstanding matters which I will require all of you to take note of.

Indemnity Forms

The following units are to ensure that ALL indemnity forms are submitted to V. Karmun by 20 Nov 09 (Day 1 of Camp).

1. Greenview Cuon

2. Siglap White Stag

3. Ngee Ann Wichita

If you do not bring your indemnity forms, you will be deemed Out of Course & sent home as mentioned during the camp briefing during the seminar

Transportation

Transportation to & from camp will NOT be provided. All scouts are to make their own arrangements for your transportation.

Arrival Time - 0800hrs on 20 Nov 2009

Dismissal TIme - 1430hrs on 23 Nov 2009

Do be punctual for the camp. Late comers will be dealt with accordingly.

Seminar Session Follow Up

The following scouts did not complete the whole seminar. Below will be sessions you are required to complete before being awarded with the PLTC 09 Certificate & Badge.

2. Vikram - Roles of PL & APL, Leadership

Ngee Ann Wichita

1. Darren Chia - Roles of PL & APL

2. Benedict Choong - Leadership, Roles of PL & APL

Dunman Dove

1. Luis Lo - Roles of PL & APL, Leadership

2. Martin Low - ALL SESSIONS

Your respective unit leaders has been informed regarding the sessions to be conducted. Once completed, they will need to submit a letter to certify that you have completed the session in accordance to the course requirements.

You will have 3 weeks upon the completion of camp to finish the sessions. You will then be awarded with the PLTC 09 Cert & Badge. HOWEVER, you will be subjected to audits done by an appointed committee member. Please refer to the course notes for the syllabus & content that you have missed out on.

Should you have any doubts about any issues with regards to PLTC 09, please do refer to your SCC or ASCC for help.

Work hard during this 3 weeks & we shall play harder at camp! Enjoy your holidays & see all of you at camp:)
